The production process of Rolled Alloy steels of this company includes the following specifications:

  • Electric arc furnaces and three ladle furnaces, a vacuum degassing unit (VD), a vacuum oxygen decarburization unit (VOD), two continuous casting and a mechanized ingot casting unit.
  • They are equipped with W.C.P, P.D.C, Ferro Alloy Feeding System, carbon, lime injection system, oxygen gas blowing system and neutral gas blowing system from the bottom of the furnace.
  • Revitalization and refining with the help of artificial slag.
  • Inhaling neutral gas (argon) from the bottom of the pan.
  • Induction stirrer and argon gas blowing system, melt purification and regeneration, alloying, desulfurization and homogenization of the chemical composition and temperature of the steel melt
  • VOD unit equipped with steam jet pump water ring pump systems.
